Our Sending Policy

We operate on a consent-based sending model. Emails are sent to users who have registered an account on the GamsGo platform and have opted to receive relevant communications.

  • Transactional: Account-related notifications, subscription billing, and security alerts.
  • Promotional: Limited service-related offers and subscription renewal reminders, sent to opted-in users.

Anti-Abuse Standards

We maintain strict controls to prevent unsolicited or abusive email activity. Our systems are designed to protect recipient experience and maintain list quality.

  • Consent & Verification: Email ownership verification mechanisms are applied where appropriate.
  • Automated Suppression: Timely processing of unsubscribe requests and feedback loop (FBL) signals.

Technical Authentication

Our mailing infrastructure follows widely adopted email authentication practices:

  • SPF: Authorized sending sources are defined in our DNS records.
  • DKIM: Cryptographic signatures are applied to outbound messages.
  • DMARC: Policy mechanisms are in place to help protect against spoofing and phishing.
